    I have been using Solgar 7 for several years. It has taken away the pain I was experiencing in my knees. My doctor said it was tendonitis. I weaned myself down to 1 capsule/day and it was going great. Then I had rotator cuff repair surgery and the elbow that was in the sling began aching. I increased my Solgar intake back to 3/day and that pain went away, too. I plan to gradually decrease again since I'm out of the sling now. I anticipate that to go well.
