B Vitamins for Multiple Sclerosis

Have been taking B-Complex 100 by Solgar and also a Biotin supplement.
B vitamins have been linked to a lessening of symptoms in people diagnosed
with multiple sclerosis (MS).
Doctors have reported that whatever I'm doing with my B vitamins and vitamin D,
keep doing it !! I tend to think that they may be stopping shy of truly therapeutic
levels of B vitamins, so I'll do further research on that.
If you have MS diagnosis, YOU may want to do some research on B vitamins.
Best of wishes.
