用法：将软膏适量涂在患部皮肤，充分按摩。沐浴后，可先用热毛巾在患部热敷，再涂药轻搽，使药力充分发挥。扭伤者，只需将软膏轻涂患处，不必大力摩擦。有毛发部位，关节处，均可直接擦用，不会沾污其他部位。
