Yin Chiao immunity booster

I've been taking Yin Chaio for years, 2 tablets twice daily (more, if i start feeling sick), and it seems to work for me in keeping colds at bay. I always bought them at Chinese pharmacies, but since covid i've ordered them from New Green and they arrive promptly.
