It's hard to know what quality one is getting. I had a bad heart attack in 2020. I was over the maximimum for isosorbide dinaitrate when I caught a virus this past Spring that kept me from taking my meds. When I started back I began at the lowest dose augmenting with four of these each time. They seem to potentiate the other meds.
